You agree that by accessing the Site and/or purchasing a product, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms, please discontinue use of the Site. We reserve the right, at anytime, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions for any reason.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all "Content" including source code, design, audio, video, text, imagery, and graphics on the Site and trademarks including serve marks and logos contains therein are owned by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property rights. Our products are constructed from post-consumer textiles and are in no way affiliated or licensed by any third party brands where their logo's or branding may appear upon the original garments prior to our up-cycling and remanufacturing process unless otherwise stated.

By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms you are of suitable age to purchase of goods or have consent for purchase from supervising a cardholder, you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether a bot, script or otherwise, you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and your use of the Site will not violate any laws or regulations. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those specifically endorsed or approved by us. If you breach these Terms or provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, we have the right to refuse current and future use of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend, remove, modify, alter the Site at any time at our sole discretion without for any reason. We reserve the right to remove any product offer without notice at any time and for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of products or offers on the Site. There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to offerings including descriptions, pricing, availabilities and other information. PRODUCTS

Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do cannot guarantee that these will be fully representative of the item you receive due to variations in the manufacturing process, varied material sourcing of post-consumer garments. Each item sold will be varied to the image pictured due to the nature of the processing, however we endevour to manufacture within the same feel as the pictured product, variation otherwise will be communicated with the customer prior to manufacture and shipping. Dimensions stated on the product pages are approximate and fall within a small tolerance. All of the products listed in the Site are made to order and time should be allowed for the manufacturing process. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason and prices for any and all products are subject to change. We may improve or alter our process from time to time resulting in small changes to the final product.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you are creating a binding contract between you and Us. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect of your purchases and any applicable shipping fees and additional costs and authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts, providing us with true and accurate information. The contract will become binding once your order has been accepted. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card provider. If the card provider refuses to authorise payment to us we will be unable to process your order and we will not be liable for any delay or-non-delivery of items as a result of this. Purchases must be made by the cardholder only via the Site electronic checkout exclusively by card payment. As our products are made to order, some variable factors may cause orders to be delivered sooner or later than estimated when purchasing which will be commincated promptly to the customer via email.

We do not take any responsibility for transactions made with any third party impersonating our brand or claiming to sell our products.

Under no circumstances liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages as a result of using the site and will cover no physical or financial damages caused by improper use of our products. Normal wear and tear may occur over time which will not be the responsibility of Label Hjem.
