We are currently offer UK only shipping of £10 which is applied at checkout via DPD and tracked. Unfortunately, we can't ship overseas just yet, but we're working on it!

We operate on a demand and supply model meaning we don't hold stock. Each item is made to order and we aim to dispatch your item(s) within 4-6 weeks, however this can be longer at busier times and we'll keep you updated.​​

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As our products are made to order we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds. We hope you are happy with the item(s) you receive, however if for any reason you are not happy we will, of course, do all we can to rectify any issues and resolve your query. Contact us at info@labelhjem.co.uk

FAULTS AND REPAIRS

Remember, all of our pieces are created using preloved garments so may have small areas of wear and tear, we think this adds to their story and beauty and aren't a reason to return the item.

 

We want you to be happy with your garment, so if you aren't, please let us know as soon as your piece is arrives by contacting info@labelhjem.co.uk . We will discuss options with regards to repairs or replacements.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. You will be emailed when your item is ready to be sent out with estimated delivery times.
